I. First, rule out non-failure factors.

1) Is there any obvious crushing or deformation of the beads?

2) Severe water shortage during the cutting process

3) Cutting material thickness less than 30 cm

All of the aforementioned operating conditions can potentially cause bead loosening; it is recommended to first investigate the operating conditions before drawing any conclusions.

Next, determine whether it meets the criteria for quality issues:

Taking an 8-meter‑length wire saw as an example: if there are more than five loose sections and the total number of loose beads exceeds ten, it can be determined to be a product quality issue.
