1. Check for deformation of the gearbox shaft
Long term overload or impact causing the drive shaft to bend
Solution: Replace the reducer shaft and ensure that the parallelism and coaxiality of each shaft meet the standards during installation
2. Whether the bearing of the reducer shaft is damaged
Poor lubrication, foreign object intrusion, or fatigue peeling can all lead to bearing failure
Solution: Replace the bearings and check the lubrication system to ensure that the oil is clean and properly filled
3. Check for damage to the track bracket, track wheels, and tracks
Deformation of the bracket or wear of the track wheels can cause asynchronous walking on both sides
Solution: Correct or replace the track bracket, repair or replace damaged track wheels and components
