Practical Troubleshooting Guide for Electric Roller Variable Frequency Drive Alarms

When the electric wire saw machine suddenly stops and the "67:0C" code flashes on the operation panel in busy mining cutting or infrastructure construction sites, please do not rush to determine that there is a "major problem" with the equipment. This alarm is essentially an overcurrent protection signal issued by the frequency converter (corresponding to OC2 type faults). Its appearance is often a reminder from the equipment that certain operating parameters or peripheral operating conditions require immediate intervention
According to feedback from our frontline after-sales service, alarms are mostly caused by the following three scenarios:
1. The acceleration time is set too short
2. Short circuit or insulation damage on the output side
3. Suggested handling sequence for motor load jamming or overload
Suggested direction of handling:
Mainly check if the walking motor is stuck or if there is any abnormal noise
If the fault persists after troubleshooting item by item, power off and stop immediately, contact professional technicians for maintenance, and do not forcefully start the machine for operation.
